That's why we offer you the option of insure your package and protect the value of your purchase. 

🛡️ How to insure your merchandise: 

  1. Tell us the amount to be insured to calculate the cost of insurance. 
  2. We will add the coverage to your shipment before dispatching it to your destination. 

 

📸 Photographic/video evidence to validate the insurance: 

  • Make an unboxing video when you receive the merchandise (before opening the order). 
  •  Photo of the outside of the package (all angles) 
  •  Photo of the interior and packaging 
  •  Photo/video of the damaged product 
  •  Photo of the shipping guide attached to the package 
  • Have at least 6 photographs of the package and merchandise. 

Additional documentation: 

  •  Keep all original boxes (do not throw them away) 
  •  Detailed inventory that includes: 
    • Specific list of damaged products 
    • Individual value of each piece 
    • Description of damage

🤔 What happens if I don't insure my goods?
If you decide not to insure your package, Cruzalo is not responsible for loss or damage during transit with the courier service. 

However, we can assist you in raising a dispute with the courier company and accompany you through the claims process. 

💡 Recommendation: For greater peace of mind and to protect the value of your purchase, we always recommend insure your goods from the start of the process.
