Once your merchandise arrives at our warehouse in El Paso, the store or shipping company will notify you of the delivery.
📦 Estimated import times (after receipt and purchase receipt):
- Small packages: 2 to 4 business days
- Medium boxes/volumes: 5 to 7 business days
- Heavy load: 2 to 4 weeks
⏳ Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
📲 Arrival notification:
When your package is received in Mexico, we will send you a notification by email or APP.
It is at this point that we can make the final quote.
⚠️ Important:
When we physically receive your package at our crossing point, it can take 24 to 48 hours before it appears in our system.
This is because our staff in El Paso is registering and validating the information.
💡 Tip:
- It is normal for the courier service to notify you that your package has been delivered, but it may take a while to appear on your platform.
- The information will be updated automatically as soon as registration is complete.
