Can I use your service if my package does not have a tracking number?

Of course! This scenario is more common than you might think. Even if you don't have a tracking number, you can still use our service without any problems. The key is to follow this process when making your purchase: 

Include in the shipping address: 

  • Your assigned SUITE number 
  • The word "CRUZALO" before your name  
  • A photograph of the package as evidence
