Business Plan

 The Business Plan allows you to import and invoice for commercial purposes, complying with foreign trade requirements. In this mode, Cruzalo pays your supplier directly for the goods, manages the import, and issues two invoices: 

1.-Purchase of merchandise and 2.–Logistics service. 🚛📦 

🧾 Who is it for? 

• Companies, entrepreneurs, and resellers who require invoices for goods and logistics services. 
• Operations ≥ $500 per purchase order. 

⚙️ How it works (step-by-step flow) 

1. Prepare your shopping cart/purchase order with the supplier (≥ $500) and confirm the amount to us, and Cruzalo will confirm the exchange rate for the day. 
2. You pay Cruzalo: Cost of goods + 16%. We pay your supplier. 
3. We issue the first invoice: "Advance payment to supplier". 
4. We received your merchandise in Chihuahua (CUU), take inventory and validate that everything is correct. 
5. Closing merchandise invoices: You pay 12.07% + VAT (example of estimated rate). We issue the invoice "Purchase of goods" with a breakdown. 
6. Shipping/transportation: Quoted and billed separately (with CFDI if required). 

💵 Example of charge (for reference): 

• Management percentage: this may be, for example, 30% of the value of the goods (only as an illustrative example; the final percentage may vary depending on the case). 
• Taxes/regulations: 12.07% + VAT in step 5 is a reference and may change depending on the tariff fraction, regulations, and conditions of the transaction. 

📄 Billing included 

• Invoice 1: Advance payment to supplier. 
• Invoice 2: Purchase of goods (with breakdown). 
• Invoice 3 (optional): Logistics/transport service. 

✅ Quick requirements 

• Proof of Tax Status (CSF) (not older than 3 months). 
• Complete tax information for CFDI. 
• Purchase order ≥ $500. 

💡 Tips for a streamlined process 

• Share list of SKUs, values, and weights/dimensions for an accurate quote. 
• Confirm delivery times with your supplier before authorizing payment. 
• If you manage multiple suppliers, consider consolidation in Mexico to optimize costs. 

📞 Do you need to activate your Business Plan or request an invoice? 

• First contact an advisor to request the bank account or link. 
• After, send your proof of payment and your (valid) (valid) in response to the quote email.
