Documentation required for importation

 To import your merchandise with us, we only need the following: 

🧾 1) Purchase receipt 

  • Ticket, invoice, or screenshot of the shopping cart wherever it is seen: 
    • Product(s) and quantity 
    • Price per item and total 
    • Shipping address in the US (include your Suite number

🚛 2) Tracking number(s) 

  • Tracking from UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL to track your packages. 

📲 How to send your documentation (choose one option): 

  • Cruzalo app (recommended, faster) – attach the receipt from your package. 
  • Mail – send the file or screenshot to clientes@cruzalo.com

💡 Tips to avoid delays: 

  • Verify that your Suite number is included in the shipping address for each store. 
  • Ensure that the receipt shows items, quantities, and amounts clearly. 
  • Save the tracking numbers and share them as soon as the supplier issues them.
