The import process begins the day after we receive your package at our facilities in the United States. In order for this process to begin, you must upload your purchase receipt to the platform. Import times may vary depending on the type of shipment.
📨 Envelopes and small packages: 2 to 4 business days (clothing, makeup, lightweight products)
📦 Medium boxes: 5 to 7 business days (appliances, tools, multiple products)
🚚 Heavy cargo: 2 to 4 weeks (furniture, machinery, full pallets, requires specialized customs clearance and special transport)
