    1. If you decide to return it after receiving it, we will provide you with a guide for sending it back to Chihuahua. (The cost will depend on the weight and dimensions of the box.) 
    2. We will need the return guide provided by your supplier to send the package back to the US.

  • 📦 Scenario 1: Damaged package at our warehouse in Mexico  If your package arrives damaged at our facilities from the USA, report it immediately to your supplier in the United States. We will help you return your package to the USA at no additional cost. If the package has already been imported into Mexico, you will have to cover the import cost; however, the return will not incur any extra charges.    🛡️ Scenario 2: Goods insured with Cruzalo  If you purchased our merchandise insurance:  Steps to follow: 
    1. Report the damage within 24-48 hours maximum. 
    2. Make an unboxing video when you receive the merchandise (before opening the order).

    4. We immediately launched an internal investigation.

    • Total: Applies when, after reporting and reviewing evidence, it is determined that the merchandise is a total loss

Merchandise and Restrictions

  • No, our address in the United States is not TAX-FREE. All packages sent to our facilities are subject to applicable taxes under U.S. tax laws.  What does this mean for you? 
    • Purchases made in US online stores will be subject to the sales tax applicable to the state where our warehouse is located. 
    • This tax is automatically charged at the time of your online purchase. 
    • This is in addition to the Mexican taxes that will be generated when importing your merchandise. 
    Important: U.S. taxes are separate from import taxes that will be applied when your package enters Mexico.
